Bilbolaget is investing for the future and has started the renovation towards a new state-of-the-art workshop in Kalix in 2026. Here you will work with some of the market's most popular car brands in a workshop equipped with the latest technology.

About the role:

In your role as a Personal Service Technician, you will become a key player in the service process and an important part of our workshop team. To succeed with us, you will receive specialized training, access to the latest tools, and, not least, support from competent and caring colleagues. In this position, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, and quality control of various types of vehicles – primarily passenger cars but may also include light trucks and motorhomes. With your expertise, you will play a crucial role in creating safe and satisfied customers who are happy to return to Bilbolaget in the future.

Your responsibilities include:

• Performing thorough troubleshooting and diagnostics on vehicles.
• Carrying out service and repair work according to work orders.
• Reviewing and approving work orders before invoicing.
• Conducting follow-up checks and test drives to ensure quality.
• Keeping the workplace organized and contributing to order in shared spaces.
• Building long-term customer relationships through a service-oriented and positive approach towards customers.

Working hours are daytime, Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Your profile:

To succeed and thrive in the role, we see that you:

• Have a relevant automotive technical education and/or equivalent experience.
• Have an interest in automotive technology and service.
• Are meticulous, structured, and quick to grasp new instructions.
• Enjoy working independently but also collaborate well with colleagues and always maintain good communication.
• Have good administrative skills and computer proficiency.
• Hold a valid driver's license (B category).
